Shipping & Returns

Please read the following VERY CAREFULLY. By placing your order via Internet, phone and/or fax, you AGREE that you read, understood and will ABIDE by our STORE POLICIES.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS - Priority Mail. If you prefer another shipping company like DHL, FedEx or UPS just contact us and we would be more than happy to make those arrangements for you.

Shipping and Handling: The shipping and handling cost is never refunded. As a rule, we charge a handling fee of minimum of $1 to a maximum of $8 to cover the cost of the wrapping materials, depending on the size/type of order.

  • For US customers: the SHIPPING and HANDLING cost is calculated online (we receive real time quotes from the USPS website) and shown on your invoice, on the PREVIEW and CONFIRM ORDER page. By confirming your order, you agree to pay the shipping and handling price.
  • For international customers: the amount shown online on your invoice is just an estimate; we will contact you by email to confirm the shipping price.

Note: Some of the packages (with the value of $100 or more) may require a signature. We will decide on a case by case basis.

FREE Shipping/Handling: For purchases of $150 or more, the shipping and handling is FREE within the United States! All the products offered under "free shipping" will be shipped via USPS: Priority Mail and will require a signature.

Damaged Packages during Transit: Please open and check your products as soon as you receive the package.

Due to the fragile nature of some of our products and to the abusive handling of some of the carriers, sometimes - very rarely, in fact - damage during transit happens. In this case, please save the box, packaging and damaged product so you can file a claim with the carrier within 5 business days. Unfortunately, only the receiver can file a damage complaint but we will do our best to assist you. For packages sent via USPS, please visit www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777 ) or just speak to the Station Manager or Postmaster at a local Post Office.

Shipping Time: Magic Senses ® is not responsible for transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays and may vary with package origin and destination particularly during peak season.

Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days from the moment your payment is cleared. During peak season or holidays (like Valentine's, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc) orders are processed and sent out within 3-4 business days. Our office is closed on week-ends; all orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed (in the order they were received) on Monday morning. Our office is also closed between December 20th - January 4th. All orders received during this period will be processed (in the order they were received) starting January 5th. Note: If you order any product that has the mention "handmade at the time of order", 1 extra business day will be added to the processing time to allow handcrafting.

Order Cancellation/Modification: You may cancel or modify your order by calling us at 1.877.292.8607 or 1.209.323.2729. Orders cannot be modified after having been shipped. Please, check with us the status of your order before proceeding any further. If you change your order, the invoice and shipping costs are adjusted accordingly; if you cancel the order, your payment is refunded within 2 to 3 business days.

No Returns and No Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please choose your products wisely because, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In case Magic Senses ® makes a mistake concerning an order (like missing or wrong product), the problem will be corrected immediately, at our expense. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be given if the customer does not like the strength of fragrance, the fragrance itself, the design or the color of the product. The majority of our products are handmade therefore variations will occur.

We stand behind our products so if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to make it right.

Soap Subscription Refunds: Our soap subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime. In case you cancel your subscription, we would be more than happy to refund the monthly price for the packages we have not sent out.

For example, let's say your yearly subscription starts in January and you decide to cancel it at the end of August. This means you have received 8 packages already and have 4 left. Your refund will be for the 4 packages. If you paid $228 a year (which is $19 per month), for example, your refund will be 4 x $19 = $76. If you paid tax, the tax for the 4 months will also be refunded.

Our soap subscriptions are based on surprise and, due to the personal nature of our soap, we cannot refund or exchange the soap that has been sent out.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept PayPal: You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can use any of your credit/debit cards.
  • We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We DO NOT accept American Express.

Our currency is USD therefore all payments must be made in USD. Magic Senses® reserves the right to refuse any transaction to any customer for no reason. We also reserve the right to change the payment methods without any notice.

Discount Coupon Codes: We are very happy to offer discount coupon codes from time to time. These coupons do not apply to Soap Subscriptions, Gift sets and gift baskets or any products that are already on sale at the time of order. Only one unexpired coupon per order is accepted.

Sales Tax: As an authorized seller in the State of California, we have to collect state sales tax from California residents (be it a buyer or shipping address).

Disclaimer: The products purchased from Magic Senses are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any disease. Magic Senses or its employees will not be held liable for any claims arising out of the misuse of any of our products. Always keep all Magic Senses products out of reach of children and animals. To preserve the quality and color of our products, please keep them out of heat and direct sun. Do not use on animals. Always test your products before using them on a regular basis. Keep away from eyes.
