Question: Where can I find the Store Policies (Shipping & Returns)?
Answer: On our STORE POLICIES page you should find answers to most of your questions. Other policies:  PRIVACY NOTICE and CONDITIONS OF USE.

Question: Do I need an account to buy from your store?
Answer: Yes, you do. It only takes a minute to register.

Question: Do you have a minimum order?
Answer: No, we do not have a minimum order. 

Question: Can I order by phone?
Answer: Yes, you can! Call us at 1-877-292-8607 and we will be more than happy to take your order. Note: If no one is available, please do not leave your order on the recording machine. Just leave your name, phone no and the best time to call back and we will call you back as soon as possible. Any orders left on the voice recording machine will be disregarded.

Question: Can I order by fax or mail?
Answer: Not at this time. But you can place your order online and pay via check if you prefer to pay offline.

Question: When is the best time to reach you?
Answer: Our online store operates 24/7. However our office hours are: Monday through Friday: 10:30am-5pm. We are located in California on Standard Pacific Time (GMT-8). If no one is available on the phone, please leave a message with your name, phone no and the best time to call you back and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Question: Do you ship to PO boxes?
Answer: Yes, we do.

Question: Are your products available for pick-up?
Answer: Definitely, if you live in Stockton or Lodi, CA!

Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we do.

Question: Do you have a list of ingredients?
Answer: Yes, we do. Here they are:

Glycerin Soap ingredients: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerine (kosher or vegetable origin), Shea Butter, Aloe Vera Gel, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Sorbitan Oleate, Soy Bean Protein, fragrance and soap coloring.

Shea Body Butter ingredients: Aqua (Distilled Water), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam Seed Oil), Persea Gratissima (Avacado Oil), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Vegetable Glycerin USP, Emulsifying Wax NF, Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed Oil), Stearic Acid, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe), Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol. May contain fragrance.
