Question: Do I need an account to buy from your store?
Answer: Yes, you do. It only takes 2 minutes to register.
Question: Are your products biodegradable?
Answer: All our products are biodegradable. They are made of natural ingredients and should be used within 1 year.
Question: Does your soap base contain any SLS in it?
Answer: No, our soap base does not contain any SLS.
Question: Do you have a minimum order?
Answer: No, we do not have a minimum order.
Question: Do you offer any discount coupons?
Answer: Sometimes we offer discount coupons via our Newsletter. If you'd like to subscribe, here is the form. It's free.
Question: How can I find out if my discount coupon code is still valid?
Answer: All you have to do is type it in this form.
Question: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Answer: We, usually, process and ship orders the next business day. In rare cases, like out of stock products, it takes a few days to have the package sent out. If your order is placed during the week-end, it will be processed first thing Monday morning. The shipping date is the date when the package leaves our location. The shipping date is NOT the delivery date! Please plan wisely.

Question: Can I order by phone?
Answer: Yes, you can! Call us at 1-877-292-8607 or 1-209-323-2729 and we will be more than happy to take your order. Note: If no one is available, please do not leave your order on the recording machine. Just leave your name, phone no and the best time to call back and we will call you back as soon as possible. Any orders left on the voice recording machine will be disregarded.
Question: Can I order by mail?
Answer: Not at this time.
Question: When is the best time to reach you?
Answer: Our online store operates 24/7. However, our office hours are: Monday through Friday: 10:30am-5pm. We are located in California on Standard Pacific Time (GMT-8). If no one is available on the phone, please leave a message with your name, phone no and the best time to call you back and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Question: Do you offer FREE samples?
Answer: Due to the abuse of some people, we only offer FREE samples (when available) with purchase.
Question: Which is your main carrier?
Answer: We use USPS - Priority Mail. If you prefer other carrier, please contact us first.
Question: Do you charge any handling fees?
Answer: We usually charge $1 handling fee to cover the expenses of the packaging materials. However, there are times when we charge more, depending on the order. For domestic customers: the total shipping and handling amount will be displayed on the Confirm Order page during checkout. For international customers: we will contact you. All our products are bubble-wrapped before shipping. We care about our products and the condition they are in when you receive them.
Question: Do you ship to PO boxes?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we do. If your order is over $50 before tax, discounts and/or shipping, we offer free shipping via USPS - Priority Mail to any address in the US. This offer is not available to International customers.
Question: Are your products available for pick-up?
Answer: Absolutely! You may pick up your products anytime between 10:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday (with the exception of the Holidays). Please give us a call first.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we do.
Question: Is my payment secure?
Answer: Your payment is secure. We use E-Processing Network gateway for online payments which is one of the most reliable online credit card processors. Your credit card details ARE NOT stored in our database - that's why you have to enter your credit card details every time you place an order.
Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks and money orders.
