Products & Orders

Question: Do I need an account to buy from your store?
Answer: Yes, you do. It only takes 2 minutes. However, we are working on updating our Purchase Without Account feature and hopefully it will be available soon.

Question: Are your products biodegradable?
Answer: All our products are biodegradable. They are made of natural ingredients and should be used within 6 months to 1 year.

Question: Do you have a minimum order?
Answer: No, we do not have a minimum order.

Question: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Answer: Many of our customers buy gifts and we know how important time is. That is why, we, usually, process and ship orders the same or next business day. In rare cases, like out of stock products, it takes a few days to have the package sent out. If your order is placed during the week-end, it will be processed first thing Monday morning.

Question: The gift basket that I want to order is a gift for someone who’s birthday is in 2 weeks. Can you hold the order and ship it in 10 days?
Answer: Absolutely! We can hold your package for 10 days, at the maximum. Please remember to take the shipping time into consideration. The shipping date is the date when the package leaves our location. The shipping date is NOT the delivery date! Please plan wisely.

Question: Do you create custom gift baskets or sets?
Answer: We would be more than happy to create a gift basket box for you! We have a product called build your own gift box that allows you to choose your products. If you have any questions about this product please contact us!

Question: Can I order by phone?
Answer: Yes, you can! Call us at 1-877-292-8607 or 1-209-323-2729 and we will be more than happy to take your order. Note: If no one is available, please do not leave your order on the recording machine. Just leave your name, phone no and the best time to call back and we will call you back as soon as possible. Any orders left on the voice recording machine will be disregarded.

Question: Can I order by mail?
Answer: Absolutely! Print the online Mail Order Form from our website, fill it in and mail it together with a check/money order (the address is: P.O. Box 691633, Stockton, CA 95269-1633)and your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is cleared.

Question: When is the best time to reach you?
Answer: Our online store operates 24/7. However our office hours are: Monday through Friday: 10:30am-5pm. We are located in California on Standard Pacific Time (GMT-8). If no one is available on the phone, please leave a message with your name, phone no and the best time to call you back and we will contact you as soon as possible. Our time now:

Question: Do you offer FREE samples?
Answer: Due to the abuse of some people, we only offer FREE samples (when available) if you purchase our products.

Shipping

Question: Which is your main carrier?
Answer: We use USPS - Priority Mail (2-3 days). If you prefer USPS - Express Mail or any other carrier, please contact us first.

Question: Do you charge any handling fees?
Answer: We usually charge $1 handling fee to cover the expenses of the packaging materials. However, there are times when we charge more, depending on the order. For domestic customers: the total shipping and handling amount will be displayed on the Confirm Order page during checkout. For international customers: we will contact you. All our products are bubble-wrapped before shipping. We care about our products and the condition they are in when you receive them.

Question: Do you ship to PO boxes?
Answer: Not at this current time.

Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we do. If your order is over $150 before tax, discounts and/or shipping, we offer free shipping via USPS - Priority Mail to any address in the US. This offer is not available to International customers.

Question: Are your products available for pick-up?
Answer: Absolutely! You may pick up your products anytime between 10:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday (with the exception of the Holidays). Please give us a call first.

Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we do.

Payments:

Question: Is my payment secure?
Answer: Your payment is secure. We use E-Processing Network gateway for online payments which is one of the most reliable online credit card processors. Your credit card details ARE NOT stored in our database.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept money orders, PayPal and all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Question: I do not have an account with PayPal. Can I still pay through PayPal?
Answer: Yes, you can. You DO NOT need an account. Anyone who has a credit card and an e-mail account can pay through PayPal. The good thing about PayPal is that it automatically converts any payment to a seller’s currency of choice, USD in our case. At the same time, if you do not feel comfortable paying through PayPal, you can pay by credit card on our website.
