2013 GBK’s Golden Globes Gift Lounge – Let the Fun Begin!

Happy New Year, everyone!! May 2013 bring you peace, joy and prosperity!

In my previous post, I was telling you about our participation to GBK’s Golden Globes Gift Lounge and about the fact that almost 100 celebrities will receive a bar of either Sweet Pea Delight or Lemon Peel Glycerin soap at this fabulous event!

Well, 100 bars of our soap have been made, sliced, wrapped, labeled, packaged, put in swag bags, shipped and, yay (!), delivered to the event location! Phew! Yes, we’ve been very busy… our well deserved vacation was more of a… marathon “working” vacation and, even if we were totally exhausted after the Holiday season, we enjoyed every second of it! Our designer soap bars are now in Beverly Hills, waiting for our lovely “Ambassadors”, Valerie and Tara; they will be representing us at this awesome gift lounge.

We LOVE Lavender! Do you?

During the last few years, we’ve been adding different Lavender scents/products to our Collections. A couple of days ago, we re-launched one of our most popular fragrances, Lavender Rose! So, we’ll take a minute to feature all the Lavender goodies we have in our store.

First, we’ll start with our brand new design: Lavender Rose Glycerin Soap – the fragrance is very soft and calming; it has notes of lavender, rose, gardenia and jasmine. Very refreshing. The design has pink and purple “petals” with a touch of sparkle.

Next in line is our Lavender Glycerin Soap – made with a very strong essential oil – if you love a strong lavender scent, then this is it! Look no further!

In the same strong Lavender fragrance, we make our Lavender Shea Body Butter. It is light, fluffy, rich and creamy and a little bit will go a long way. It absorbs very easily preventing dryness and leaving your skin very soft and smooth.

I would also like to mention our Lemon Lavender Glycerin Soap – a design we displayed GBK’s Academy Awards Gift Lounge for all attending celebrities to see and smell! The event was held on February 20th – 21st at The W Hotel in Hollywood. You can read more about our adventure here. The fragrance is a mild blend of lemon and lavender, more on the lemony side though. Very pleasant!

And last but not least: our Lavender Oatmeal soap made with strong essential oil and a healthy supply of oatmeal. Great for exfoliating dry skin.

We are delighted to introduce our Limited Edition design of Celestial Waters Glycerin Soap.

This fragrance is probably the most difficult one we’ve ever had to describe. It is very sweet and clean… reminding you of mountain springs and sweet floral scents lingering in the air.

This glycerin bar of soap is enriched with Shea Butter and Aloe Vera gel which make it give away a creamy lather you’ll love!

And the Oscar For Best Soap Company goes to… waaaaait… MAGIC SENSES!! Yes, our soap was a HUGE success amongst the celebrities, attending guests and members of the press! We are delighted to have received great feedback and some national press on our glycerin soap; Watermelon was the most popular one from the 6 designs we had displayed.
